Bioshock
When I finally got to play this game it was an all right game. But the trouble I had getting it to work was definitely not worth it. In fact, I don’t think I’ll every buy another 2K game again. The problem was that the game has a Digital Rights Management that is really limited. There aren’t any warnings about it on the box, either. I wouldn’t have bought this game if I had known about the Digital Rights Management – especially since the copy I bought was used in the first place. You only get 5 activations per game, then it won’t let you install it anymore after that. If the game is installed somewhere and doesn’t get uninstalled, that activation is considered used and can’t be regained. If you bought the game legitimately but your system crashes while you’re playing, you lose that activation because you have to reset your system and re-install the software. I wouldn’t be as irritated if there were any kind of warning somewhere on the box about the Digital Rights Management so I would’ve been informed before I spent my money. As it is, I feel like the company took advantage of me by not stating that there are a limited number of installations available. This is the last game I’ll buy from 2K.
This game has some well documented technical problems that you should be aware of before you buy it. If your system is overclocked the game will definitely give you a blue screen. Nvidia 7 is not fully supported, either, especially High Detail Shaders. Those issues will crash your system as well. Last time I checked there was not a patch available for either of these problems, even though they are widely discussed issues at the 2K forums and other online tech forums.
The game itself has beautiful graphics. It doesn’t support AA, so the images come out a little grainy, but overall the look is gorgeous. The developers really outdid themselves with nifty blurring effects and nice water replications. There’s a definite atmosphere of post World War II design all through the game with lots of art deco inspired images. The Nazi doctors, surgical suites, and even the background victrola music all make the game feel very much like a trip back in time. Unfortunately the developers may have gone a little too far because the game itself will overwhelm the senses pretty quickly. The game’s intense brutality begins to numb you out after awhile and actually gets pretty boring. Another problem with this game is the odd way they protect it from being copied. Overall I’d say this game isn’t worth the hassle.

This game definitely lived up to expectations. It was visually appealing and easy to play. If they make a sequel I’d buy it. Batman Arkham Asylum is a masterpiece of design. It definitely lives up to the movie and comic Batman series with dark, beautiful graphics and a wonderful atmosphere. It is easy to control your characters in combat, so you can escape into the story. The audio is just as good as the video, if not better. You can really tell that the game developers spent a lot of time working out the details to make this game stand out. I’d buy other games from this company based on my experience with this one. I definitely recommend it.
Batman Arkham Asylum definitely delivers the Batman experience. It is an excellent game and I would recommend it for anyone who likes Batman.
This game really brings Batman to life. I’ve been looking forward to playing it for a long time, and it has definitely been everything I had hoped it would be. The game’s visuals are excellent, and the characters are easy to control. You get to choose from all of the different weapons that Batman uses in the movie, which adds extra fun to the game. Being quick and quiet is one of the keys to playing this game, and the atmosphere adds to the suspense of the game. This game is so fun to play that it is disappointing when you get to the end and have to stop playing. You’ll love to spend hours working your way through the storyline.
You don’t have to be a big fan of comic books to enjoy this Batman game. If you like video games in general, this is a quality game that anyone would enjoy. The game involves stealth, a great assortment of weaponry, and an interesting variety of tools that will keep you entertained for hours on end. The fight scenes are really fun because the controls are easy to use. You don’t have to concentrate so much on how to fight, which leaves you better able to enjoy watching the destruction you’re wreaking on the bad guys. The PS3 version has an added bonus because you can go through the game as the Joker. Once you’ve finished the game there’s not much more to do with it except maybe replaying some of the more interesting challenge rooms.
The interface and controls of this game really make you feel like you are Batman. It really captures the feeling of Batman and translates it nicely to the player. The most fun part is when you have to stealthily track down the bad guys. I was a little disappointed that the major storyline part of the game wasn’t longer, but it was definitely an awesome game while it lasted.

Batman on Xbox 360
As a rabid gamer I had played Batman games before and I found them to be moderately interesting. I didn’t expect much from this latest Batman game because the previous ones had been somewhat disappointing. I decided to give it a shot, though, and I have to admit I’m really glad I did. I had heard all the hype about this game but hadn’t really believed it until I played the game myself. It is outstanding. I was enthralled with it as soon as I started to play. You don’t have to be a big fan of Batman to enjoy playing this game. It has a really great storyline and keeps you on the edge of your seat hour after hour. The challenges in the game aren’t easy, but they’re not so hard that you get frustrated and walk away. Nothing about this game is boring. I was worried that I wouldn’t like the part of the game where you collect riddles because that’s my least favorite type of gaming style. I was surprised that finding the items was really fun in this game. I found them all and really enjoyed the side games involved in collecting them. If there’s anything I could complain about, it’s that this game doesn’t include an online multiplayer feature. I’ll admit, I don’t know how they could’ve incorporated a multiplayer aspect to the game, but I still would’ve liked it if they’d tried. Between the storyline, the graphics, and the interesting side games I believe this is easily the best Batman game on the market. In fact, it may be one of the best Xbox games of the year.
Below are other review of Batman on Xbox 360, by friend who have play and enjoy the game:
This Batman game truly lives up to the great reviews and hype about it. It constantly surprised me with unexpected elements that kept me on the edge of my seat. Every time it lulled me into thinking I knew how the game worked it surprised me with a different type of puzzle or an eye-popping scene change. It is obvious that people who really understand the dark nature of the Batman films built this game. It has exactly the right atmosphere and character from the films and comics. Batman involves all of the different gaming elements that a good Batman game should. You get to explore visually stunning scenes, the controls are easy to use, and it is as much fun to watch as it is to play.
The only thing I don’t like about this game is that it eventually has to end. I love the story line, the graphics are astounding, and the sound will blow you away. It’s really one of the best games I’ve ever played.
This game is the first game in a very long time that has kept my interest for more than a few hours. I was ready to give up gaming altogether before I experienced the quality of the Batman Arkham Asylum game. It is well acted and has an engaging story that keeps you interested. It never gets boring and the controls are easy to manage. This is an excellent game.
The only thing I don’t like about this game is that it eventually has to end. I love the story line, the graphics are astounding, and the sound will blow you away. It’s really one of the best games I’ve ever played.

Assassin’s Creed II - Xbox 360 CD
This is another review of one of the most popular video game on Xbox – Assassin’s Creed II, by people who have playing the game and enjoy it very well. Enjoy the review that goes dose:
Assassin’s Creed II is definitely an impressive improvement over the original. It has beautiful graphics that really show off Renaissance Italy and are more fun to play in than the original’s Middle Eastern setting. The only thing that could be a problem is that the repeated three side missions might get old after awhile. In general, though, Assassin’s Creed II kept all of the best parts of the original and improved the things that needed improvement.
If you liked the first Assassin’s Creed you’ll like this sequel. It still has some of the problems the first one had with controlling your character and clumsy camera angles, but overall it is a great improvement from the original. One of the best things about playing Assassin’s Creed II is that you get to interact so much with your surroundings and with the people in the game. You can jump in the water and swim, swipe weapons from guards, create a village, and make your own money. It’s really a very interactive game that is fun to play. Assassin’s Creed II will also make you use your brain to discover some of the elements you need. One of the missions includes complicated puzzles that unlock secrets about the other assassins. The secrets it reveals are in a string of videos. If you are really clever you can unlock the easter eggs that are stashed throughout the game.
Assassin’s Creed II has been an excellent introduction to the world of Xbox gaming. The game’s graphics are incredibly realistic, and I really like the flexibility of the format. The way the game is easy to figure out and its role playing elements really make you feel like you’ve traveled back in time.
